OPERATIONS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: ATL Job Description: This position will be responsible for developing strong business relationships with multiple accounts. It also requires the development of an understanding of each account's short and long-term objectives and product requirements. This position requires a transportation professional who is able to perform multiple tasks with the ability to think outside the box. Serve as primary liaison between sales staff, customer, agents and vendors. Translate customer requests into clear concise requirements. Anticipate and analyze problems, document and present recommended solutions. Handle international shipments, quoting, routing, rating and paperwork. Manage the delivery process including all aspects of scheduling, arranging delivery and tracking. Obtain rates and generate bills. Generate shipping labels and security endorsements. Job Description: ICAT Logistics is an established freight forwarder looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join our sales team. Responsibilities include all aspects of sales from prospecting to maintaining accounts. A proven track record in freight forwarding sales is a must. Candidate must be a team player and able to work with minimum supervision to achieve sales goals. Excellent verbal & written skills and knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook are required. Base salary based on experience, plus bonus incentives. Entertainment expenses are 100% reimbursed. Excellent benefits package including 401K.
